Executive chef and owner,
Ghassan Nasralla, is passionate about not just serving a tasty meal,
but taking guests on a spectacular journey of fine cuisine
through professional preparation, presentation and service.
Apart from a passion for fine French cuisine, having
graduated from the prestigious Vieux Bois in Geneva
Switzerland (which has an onsite 3-Star Michelin restaurant)
has provided the background and proficiency to deliver an
outstanding experience at La Maison Verte. The resident head
chef is a French national and has extensive experience in fine
dining and over 10 years of experience in a Michelin Stars
restaurant in France. He is proud to bring his culinary
talents to La Maison Verte.
- THE ALL DAY DINING ROOM
"workshop" in French, is a casual dining area in the
restaurant that serves a French inspired continental menu in a more
casual environment. Conceptually, Atelier creates a more
friendly connection with the guests by providing a glimpse
into the kitchen where the food is being prepared. The open
kitchen was specifically designed to allow guests to be
part of the food preparation experience in order to capture
the passion and energy that is involved in presenting the
dishes which have been especially created for Atelier. Enjoy
fine appetizers, cocktails and a cigar in the cozy and
relaxing atmosphere with panoramic views overlooking the
colorfully lit garden. Be sure to ask about the
Roast-of-the-Day which is offered for lunch and dinner.
ON THE MENU
The menu is comprised of
select well thought-out recipes that combine all aspects of
an exquisite meal. Fresh local and imported ingredients, as
well as exotic accents, are used to ensure authentic and
interesting flavors. Three separate menus are offered at the
restaurant; a fine dining dinner menu in the main dining
room and terrace, a casual menu at Atelier and a special
pre-set lunch menu. La Maison Verte offers some special
dishes that are exclusive to the restaurant such as the
homemade Foie Gras Terrine and the House Smoked Salmon.
Other popular dishes includes the Rich Salad, See Bass
Cooked Two Ways and the classic Crème Brule. An extensive
wine menu is also available.
