ON THE MENU
Turquoise offers a select fine dining menu of Mediterranean
and internationally inspired dishes with a contemporary
twist. All items on the menu are made using the freshest and
finest local ingredients. For health-conscious guests, an
excellent selection of healthful and low-carb options are
standard on the menu. Popular dishes include the Shrimp &
Avocado Tower, Seafood Ragu, Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Red
Baby Snapper and the Rack of Lamb. Fine steaks are grilled
to order and include Angus Rib Eye, Fillet and Veal. An
extensive wine menu is available and the full bar offers all
types of alcoholic beverages and freshly squeezed juices.
